This one is on our list for a very-ferry long time now. Almost for one year we’re trying to book 📅 at Le Baret, but the place is packed all the time …
And it was quite an experience: The restaurant Restaurant El Baret de Miguel is hidden somewhere in the old town of Denia, and has an interior of, how shall I put this without offending anyone: a “quite interesting collection of all kind of styles”, with different (older) tables, chairs & accessories… Quite cute though!
The service 👧 was really very friendly, where only Spanish 
is spoken.
A very interesting wine 🍷 list was presented to us on two sheets of paper (simple but efficient), what also is the case for the tapas menu.
Some very impressive dishes such as the foie and squid nigiri. The postres were inventive and very tasty. Try the apple pie, which isn’t an apple pie at all, but find out for yourself, if you get lucky enough to get yourself a table…
