We are located in the Ermita area of Montgó-Valls, one of Jávea’s most established and sought-after residential neighbourhoods. Ermita is characterised by spacious plots, long-term residents and a calm, green setting, while remaining close to the historic Javea centre, international schools, the city of Denia and the coastline.

Additional systems include two EV charging points, a garden irrigation system, a 40 m³ water deposit, a water descaling system and (electric)bicycle storage.
