“The Best Table” ~ la mejor mesa ~ is Ferry’s way of sharing his culinary experience & connections with Javea. One or two times per month, from March till November, Ferry is inviting a Dutch or Spanish chef-friend over to host a fabulous lunch together for around 20 guests, who were lucky enough to book a seat a ‘la mejor mesa’…
The Casa Coline covered pool terrace will be Javéa’s best-restaurant-for-one-day, and the chefs will prepare their favorite dishes ‘on site’ in the open pool kitchen, inspired by local traditions and products.
In cooperation with Javea’s top wine boutique “Casa del Vino”, we serve the best of Spanish wines, which we hope will astonish wine lovers and connaisseurs.
Reserve your seat to enjoy the surprise menu and party for €150 a person including menu, water, wines and G&T’s. Reservations now are open.
