Once per month, from March till October, Ferry is inviting a Dutch or Spanish chef-friend over to co-host a fabulous lunch together for guests, who were lucky enough to book a seat a ‘la mejor mesa’…
The Casa Colines covered pool terrace will be Javéa’s best-restaurant-for-one-day, with the chefs preparing their favorite dishes ‘on site’ in the open pool kitchen, inspired by local traditions and products.
In cooperation with Javea’s top wine boutique “Casa del Vino”, we serve the best of Spanish wines, which we hope will astonish wine lovers and connoisseurs.

Our La Mejor Mesa is set outdoors/around the pool of Casa Coline.
Therefore, we have 2 types of tickets on a first-come, first-served basis. The first 20 tickets are guaranteed a spot. The remaining tickets are ‘weather permitting tickets’. Luckily, the sun always shines in Javea, and we’ve never experienced it before, but should we unexpectedly have a rainy day, we will unfortunately have to cancel this weather permitting ticket. Of course, we will then refund your money.
Important: the chefs serve a set menu which they prepare together with Ferry when they are here. If you have a food allergy or intolerance, please consult with us first before booking so we can see if we can accommodate your needs!
